Violet shades really make hazel eyes stand out. You can put a lighter shade on the lid, and a darker shade in the crease and it will make them appear larger too. There really isn't a way to naturally plump your lips, you can only make them appear larger with glosses and such. I prefer chapstick because it gives a sheen, but isn't sticky like lip gloss. Not to mention it will make them healthy.

To plump your lips without injections - Avon has a brand called Beyond Color. They have a Plumping Lip Liner and a Plumping Lip Stick! In just 2 weeks you'll see an increase of plumping by 24%! It works, I've used it!!!!!!
Eyeshadow for Hazel eyes, blonde hair, light skin tone - In my opinion, I think you can pull of anything! I envy girls like you! lol ... I believe that purples, greens and blues, some pinks! Yellows and Oranges may NOT go well with your skin. I wouldn't go that route.
MARK. by Avon has the combinations kits where you can create your own eyeshadow palette. If you'd like to check all this out, just visit my website!! :o)
Hope this helps! :o)

Metallic shade of brown will probably work for your skin tone and hair. Try different shades of brown and even go for green since you got hazel eyes. Blue would be nice too, but make sure you keep it soft. For plumping up lips, vasaline is the way to go. Put some before you go to bed and trust me plumpy lips in the morning... Don't be afraid to experiment with the eyeshadow; trust me it took my awhile to figure out what shade goes for me too. I'm fair-skinned, dark hair and dk. brown eyed. Have fun though!

It has been mentioned before, but I think green or plum shades would look nice. Avon and L'Oreal Glam Shine are just two of the lip plumping lipsticks.

Natural colors always work good, if you want to set it off more then add a little green or blue eye color, on the outside corner.

wear purple or forest green eyeshadow...otherwise try the almay collection...you can find it in basically any drug or grocery store...to plump your lips...take a damp washcloth and run it over your lips...it will give you plumper lips...as a final step apply gloss (optional)
