Once you become pregnant the father has absolutely no say in wether you give birth, abort, raise it yourself, or give it up for adoption. If he is unwilling to accept that, you shouldn't be having sex with him. If you become pregnant and decide to keep it, he is liable to support the child, wether he wants to or not. That's a big responsibility and a big gamble, which is why people will advise young couples to avoid sex.
You should talk to someone at Planned Parenthood about what options are available. You may be suprised. You should have that talk before you need it, rather than after.

Have as much sex as you want...just remember to take your birth control! Remember, its up to YOU! Try taking it at night before bed, or when you wake up in the morning. If you create a routine, you won't get pregnant. I've been on birth control since I got with my bf, and we've been together for over 4 years and no babies! Good luck!

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time! Even with condoms and birth control, they are not 100% effective, so remember every time you have sex you are taking a risk. That risk grows every time you have sex, so just make sure you are ready to deal with what can happen, good and bad.

If you become pregnant, be ready to support your child yourself. It doesn't sound like he's ready for a baby. I don't think you'll get prenant though. You sound like an intelligent careful person.
Lots of sex is still fine. BC and condoms control 99.9% of unintentional pregnancies.

You are not mature enough to be having sex. The two of you need to discuss what you would do should pregnancy arise and agree on it.
As for the quantity - it only takes once.
You probably were pregnant and miscarried. Very common.

Yes. You should have all the sex you want to have. If you get pregnant, just have the kid and deal with the bf. Miranda and Steve worked things out. You and your bf can too.

If he can't deal with the consequences he shouldn't be doing the deed.
If he's saying he strongly doesn't want a kid now, but he'd be able to do what's necessary if it happened, that's ok.
