I see your point on finding help. The best thing is getting him away from those he was drugging with. Second, I would ask a local church to help. If the church has a large congregation, they may well have a drug rehab program. AA is another option as they have programs for other drugs but do not usually seek God's power that can even take away addictions such as alcohol or cocaine! They believe once an addict, always an addict and few get to follow their twelve steps! Two of the steps suggest for him or her to give the addiction over to God and ask him to take it... Anymore it has become anti-God in their treatment... Not a good thing as God can do more than anyone! I use to do them in the 70's and God took them away when I accepted Christ. Then I saw my drug dealer accept Him and he became a Christian. Another friend got cancer of the lymph glands and was dying. He was also into drugs. He called out to God and is teaching Sunday School to this day-- free of cancer! He is also the best man on a guitar I ever heard! Seek, Jesus said, and you shall find; knock and the door will be opened! Get him new friends by getting him help at a church with an addiction program. One is Teen Challenge-- get their number as they have a great success with teens. He will stay with them for awhile and you must support their recommendations-- yes,, they are a Christian group and have an 85% success with heroin addicts!!!! God bless,, in His love,, Earl

First of all, are you a US Citizen? If not, go home to your country and get their help. If you are a U.S. Citizen, then check with your child welfare people for a list of drug abuse treatment centers and hospitals. Also, you can get resources from the internet if you will look up counselling centers, drug abuse counsellors and so on in your area. If your child is on probation, the PO should be able to give him a list of resources. Also the local hospital should be able to provide a list of resources. Newspapers often publish a list of organizations so you might try there as well.

"Tough Love!"
Contact his probation officer who can conduct a urinalysis test on the spot.
A positive test will get him back in front of the Juvenile Judge holding jurisdiction!
With your presence, the Judge will most definitely provide for drug rehabilitation.
You may also wish to seek the advise of your local narcotics enforcement agency with the city or county. These guys are a huge book of information when it comes to agencies that can help!
