yes, the first 2 pirates movies have been PG-13 and the third one [At World's End that comes out May 25 this year] will also be PG-13.

yes but now there is TWO pirates of the carrbairan 1 and now 2 so yea this is the disney channel movie rated PG-13

No, but you have to be careful in how you ask that.
Are you talking ANY film released by Disney and its subsidiaries, or those specifically with the Disney Castle Logo?

I think it may have been done by one of their sister corporations which is made to produce all the more mature themed films

it shouldn't even be a Disney movie - too graphic and the content is mature
