A box of chocolates is always a productive first step in a sunbathing situation. Also, drop hints like, wow, I could sure catch some rays on your desk. And I'll bet Ray from over in accounting would be caught around there also.

Have her leave the light, but get her to trade desk with a guy, then you won't have to ask. Men are nice that way. I would spread the sun lotion for ya.
