We have been separated for almost 9 months and have had NO communication for almost 4. All of a sudden, he is coming back around (the divorce hearing is coming at the end of this month) and we have had a few 'intimate' moments. I, in no way, want to get divorced. Does anyone know if this is grounds to "STOP" a divorce in Ohio??

Well, if you instigated the divorce, Yes. If it was started by him, No. If it was a Mutual agreement and both filed together, Maybe. However, if I were you, I think that the next time he "comes" over (no pun intended) I would give him a night not soon forgot. Then when he wakes up, Field the question to him! Tell him you think you "may" have made a mistake and really don't want to pursue the divorce. Ask him what his thoughts are. Next big question is..... did the reason for the divorce get resolved? Is the problem fixed, or is it you just feel the pain of separation out ways the annoyance of the problem?

Weellll, why did you guys file in the first place? The second question is why he's coming back around all of a sudden? I know couples who are in the middle of a divorce have intimate moments, but yours is hard to answer because of missing information. You can stop the divorce, but you need to find out why he wants back all of a sudden when he wasn't around for nine months.

If you had reason to get a divorce in the first place, he has probably not changed. Continue with the divorce I say. Just because he is "coming back around" does not mean he'll stay that way if you get back together. Why do you think those girls who get beat by their husbands always end up back with him... because he's a good actor.

You two should call off the divorce then. I don't live in Ohio so I'm not sure how that works but if you can save your marriage then do it. Maybe if you both call your lawyers they can submit some paper to stop the divorce. Good luck.

You can go in front of the judge and say you don't want to get divorced. Contact your lawyer and ask him if he could get it "dismissed". Obviously only if your husband agrees that is. some people don't sign the papers, I don't know if that just simply puts it off for a while or if it can go through without the signature.

Did you file? Contact your lawyer. I know in NC you can contest the divorce both of you if it is you both, need to go to court and let the judge know you both want your marriage to work. Good Luck to you Happy endings are always good!

Call your attny, and request a postponement...an emergency came up.
Perhaps your husband will return to 'normal', after your intimate moments begin to wear off. At which time, you may want to resume your divorce proceedings.

Does he want the divorce? If neither of you want the divorce then by all means stop it but if the divorce is best....divorce.

You let the horny clown come by and horny you just has to bang him -- without a serious discussion., You are such a little girl and he is a BOY (because a man wouldn't bang someone he was about to diverse until after a real reconciliation was made).
