I think the whole deal was blown out of proportion and both sides were equally wrong. I dont think that he should have had to pay, and i think they should have been thrown out. HOWEVER he was really wrong flinging the N word around. It made him look stupid.
Problem is though- it is so easy to sue in this country and there are a lot of lazy people who intentionally do things like that to others just to financially benefit.
