I cant hear her talking when my headphones are in!!!

Trust me, she'll never get it. Just adjust your volume to a level where you can hear her, but still enjoy your tunes. Or if your talking about your girlfriend and she really wants your attention, just take the headphones out and listen to her for a sec. It'll keep her happy and get you back to your music faster

if you're responding to the problem in the same manner each and every time...guess what ? you're going to get the same results. My suggestion to you take your damn headphones off sit her down on the couch next to you...tell he how you feel, what you want and agree on some rules for when you want your space; peace & quiet....simple solution to a simple problem. Be cool. and rememeber its up to you to change the pattern...she obviously has not been "tuned in " to your needs and perhaps neither have you to hers. Good luck !
