hhmmmmmmmmm, i dont see the harm in that, now if your using tobacco with your marijuana, then ya that would be not a good idea, your heart will be beating like a rave fast techno song, seriously.
smoking and using the patch could cause alot of problems, you also could have some kind of heart attack, i would not lie to you.
but you did ask a very good question, and im telling you, its fine to smoke maryjane on the patch
but no tobacco lol

I,m not a physician but, marijuana contains nicotine so I would suggest that it would be much like smoking a cigarette while using the patch which can give you a nicotined overdose. Don't be a dope, if he is gonna smoke anything take the patch off for awhile during & after. Kinda defeats the purpose doesnt it? I'm pretty sure there is some nicotine in pot.

I'm going to answer the question you asked. Yes it is okay to wear a nicotine patch and smoke weed. It will definitely help calm his nerves. I always want a cig after I get high but that's just me.

no, it's not safe. there's about 10 times the nicotine in weed than in a cig. not only do you get a bang out of the THC in the weed, but you also get quite the buzz from the nicotine. Use marinol instead.
