its all relative to the person considering it,,,,,,,, when the remote is across the room,,, that few feet is far,,,, when a ex is across the city,, that farness is too close

Far but close, 50 to 100m
Far very far. 200-2000 km
Far just far. 50-100m

It's all relative. One can be only a hairbreadth away and still be as far as the moon.
