Usually I have nothing else to watch during that time slot and leave it on. However, I find the characters annoying adn the plot line a bit boring at time. Does anyone REALLY enjoy this show??? I'm hoping it'll get cancelled soon so another show (a better one!) can take its place!

Yes, I agree, the show appears to be very stagnant at the moment. Her whining makes her gift less appreciated by the audience. There needs to be some major changes done to this show to hold our interest!

It had potential but it lost it when they started treating her gift as if it were some unspeakable curse. It just seems that they should have her get past the stigma of being found out and embrace the opportunity to develop the gift. She can communicate with the dead. maybe she ought to use that gift to make others happy. She could work for a funeral home. She could work for a psychiatrist or a family counselor and still work with the district attorney on occasion. The show has opportunities but you have to be willing to let it grow.

I like the show...I'll admit there have been a few episodes that were boring, but most of them I have enjoyed. I think they should explore the girls' "gifts" more in the show.

As for her "gift" being a secret...why would they want everyone to know? She's not really considered a psychic, which are sometimes used in police investigations. She's a woman who dreams of crimes before and after they occur. How credible would she really be in a court case as a witness? The DA chooses to keep her "gift" hush hush because of that fact. As we have seen in the shows, Allison has not always been 100% correct on her information. The DA uses her dreams as hunches they check into and 95%+/- of the time the hunches check out.

I do wonder how Joe manages to function so well with all the interrupted sleep he gets thanks to his wife. You would think he would be cranky. :P

Sorry, Lord Z, but no self-respecting mortician would allow a psychic who communicates with the dead to work for a funeral home. There's enough grief there already - you start telling families there's someone who sees their dead relatives, and you're inviting chaos. I like the show. Part of the "whining" is because she and her family are trying to live a normal life, but the "gift" keeps getting in the way. And it's causing problems for the children too.

I think the show is fair. I know one thing: if I was the husband, there would be separate bedrooms. I don't think he has ever had a decent nights sleep, with the phone ringing and her dreaming and waking up.

I don't know what this show is about, but I really don't like NBC. Watch the O'Reilly Factor on Fox instead :D
