Affiliation normally refers to your connections with an organisation or body, such as one you would affiliate to when you get a diploma. An example would be a fellowship of an institution or organisation. You would normally know when you are an affiliate, for you will be informed that you can utilise the affiliate acronym after your name, for example: FIAC = Fellow of the Associated Institute for Chartered Accountants.

Hope U get that job!

Affiliations means "connections"... in the context of a cv, that would mean what connects you to the job you're applying for. e.g. work experience, qualifications, knowledge, etc. Read the job description and just copy (in your own words) as much of it and give examples.
