To anyone residing in Ottawa, Ontario, and who has attended a concert at the Scotiabank Place, do they allow the use of digital cameras? I know they have restrictions on the kinds of cameras that can be used for hockey matches, but they don't specify anything for music events. Also, I was wondering if you need to present any form of identification when going through the ticket line?

It really depends on the event. It is more up to the performer then the venue. Check the back of the ticket, it should say if you can't bring a camera.

As far as presenting I.D., you should only need that if you are picking up a ticket that you purchased online/by phone. To enter the venue you don't need I.D.
