Had a pedicure at the mall two days ago...now my big toe is very, very red and sore. There is a lot of dark, yellow pus coming out of it.

You have an infection, possibly the beginnings of an ingrown toenail beneath it all, you need to take care of the infection immediately, very dangerous, it could be that the pedicurist didn't properly disinfect her tools or maybe she just cut it too short, either way, I would get some hydrogen peroxide on it asap and some kind of antibiotic cream, if you don't see immediate results you should get yourself to a doctor. good luck

It does sound like an ingrown toenail. this being the case try cutting a V in the center of this toe nail. If it is ingrown this will relieve some of the pressure.

You have what is called an ingrown toenail. You need to cut your toenail (removing the sharp nail that is growing into your skin). Pour hydrogen pyroxide onto your toe to help get rid of the infection which is causing the pus.

It sounds like it's infected. Soak it it warm, salted water daily until it clears up. If it doesn't, go to the doctor for some antibiotics. You don't want to fool around with an infection.

This is a sign of infection try to use any anti bio tics cream or powder that might help..not sure

sounds like an infection, you better see the doctor right away before it gets worse..
