Do you tell your best friend?

My best guy-friend, and he has a very slutty girlfirend and she is cheating on him with multiple guys. His girlfriend and I have a class together, and she doesn't know that her boyfriend and me are good friends. Everyday she talks About all of her OTHER boyfriends and what she does with them. So should I tell my guy-friend that she is cheating on him, or just let it be?
