Sorry, PCI Express and AGP are totally different (AGP is on its way out). If you are looking for a graphics card the first thing you need to know is which kind of slot your motherboard has (It could have both but you don’t see many of those anymore) If you have an AGP card and no AGP slot then you are Not going to be able to install it (unless you want to buy/install a new Motherboard, Which is A LOT OF WORK). If you have a choice buy a PCI 16x card that interface will be around for a while longer.

You cannot install a PCI-e or AGP slot onto a system board that doesn't already have those slots. If you do not have a system / motherboard that has one of these slots, then you will need to either upgrade your system / motherboard to one that does or entertain the idea of that fact that you may need a new computer. Consider talking to a computer professional, not some salesman type at the local discount store either, and explain to him / her what you're wanting to do and ask for suggestions as to how you may go about accomplishing your goal.

PCI-Express and AGP slots are on your motherboard, the main hub for everything in a computer. A motherboard you can buy will come with either one of those kinds of slots. But to upgrade the motherboard, if that is what you mean, is something that probably is a little more complicated than you want to get into.

PCI Express and AGP are slots on your motherboard. If your motherboard doesn't have them then there is no way to add them in. The only other slot your motherboard may have for a video card would be PCI, usually white. It's not ideal for a video card but you can usually get at least a half-decent card for it.

What do you mean putting one on your mother board. If so then, no it is impossible since the slot controllers wouldn't be compatible with the new slot and it would be a hell of a job to perform if it could be done.
