i think they're just cut up stockingz or sumthing...i want to get some too but i havent found anything that looks like them....just buy sum neon stockinz n cut holes in them lol

Try getting surgical arm stocking from your pharmacist, make sure to get a prescription from your doctor though. Make sure to tell him that you have tingling in your arms all the time and you feel it would help the problem.
Then just bring the surgical stocking to your local gay design store and ask them to "Pimp yo Surgical Arm Stockings"
