According to this Review, it supports:

"Today we're going to be checking out Albatron's PX865PE Lite Pro. Obviously the board is based on the i848P/ICH5 and as such, it supports any 400/533/800 MHz FSB Pentium 4 processors"

I can't be sure, but the first article below seems to indicate that it does support P4's running at 3.0Ghz... The second article is more in-depth but unclear on clock speeds. I'd check the manufacturer's website to be certain.
