some people actually think that because of what they have (maybe more than someone else), that it makes them a better person. like some people who go to Yale or Harvard may think that they are better than someone who never went to college or didn't get a diploma. Or someone who is a supermodel may automatically think he/she is a better person than someone who isn't a supermodel or isn't capable of being one. Thinking you're better than someone is bad, because usually people who think they are better than others think so because of something that they have, but if they lose whatever "better qualities" they may have, then they are stuck feeling stupid, and will have to learn to not place themselves above others.

Some people may think they are better than everyone else, but they are not - it's total insecurity. People who are sincere, genuine and always act the same are not phonies. But people who think they are all that are, and they don't really care about how others feel..

I don't know if they think it as much as you may think that about them. It is okay to have confidence. It is not okay to treat people like you are better. It is good to make others feel you are a friendly person. With the same sex that is but with the opposite sex you do not want them to get the wrong idea. So you want to be friendly but stern.

you run into that alot i see if your asking and i have to say we all do at times when we think we know it all. but all in all i have to say i know im not better then everyone else but i know im better then most when it comes to street smarts and everyday life issues and commonsense, but I KNOW there are alot out there that are smarter then me when it comes to book smarts and issues i have never faced... so in some way now typing this we all are better then some and others are better then us. just be happy that you know some things and be open to learn more as you grow and live life.. god bless have a great day....

Simply because they think they have it all, when mommy and daddy actually get everything for them, without them doing anything to deserve it. That's just one point of view out of many.
