I have a short list of friends that have always been there for me, no matter what. I have a long list of friends that have been there for me when they needed something and then disappear when they're done.
Do you have this problem? Is one list longer than the other for you? If so, why?

i can name only 1 person who i trust completly. and about 20 other ppl who either use me to be friends with my other "friends" or they just need to hang out with sumbody to not look like a loner. for sum reason i keep attracting jerks who donno what a real friendship is

Yes I believe there will always be people that will use you and say their your friends and then leave you in the dust later. I have a long list of friends I know but we don't really talk just occasional hi's and stuff or if they need help they will be nice then I never see them again my list of close friends may be smaller than the list of friends that I call acquaintances b/c their not really friends. Its good to have a small amount of close friends

XxX♥ I was waiting 4 sum1 2 ask this question. I've had the problem 4ever ~n~ it seems I attract jerks 4 sum reason. I don't kno y but ppl seem 2 think that no matter wat they do 2 me I'm just gonna take it. My list 4 jerks is longer than the 1 4 ppl that r actually STILL my friends.♥XxX

The folks who only seek you out when they need something from you are not friends. You need to refine your definition of friends, and categorize these people as acquaintances. True friends are those who are there for you no matter what, and you are there for them, also.

i'm a guy and that i like good women. i have been with a foul woman and that i did not like the way my acquaintances and kin regarded at me and concept-about me. they did not note of me as mich and he or she had to a lot luggage. i'm only16 i do not choose all of that drama and stuff i visit situation about in 10 years or a number of it not in any respect back. good women are lovable i imagine i am going to stick with that and be respected.

Well, when I was jr. high and high school I did , but that's because kids are idiots and naive and immature (I'm 21 years old,now and know aLOT better !).
I used them as they used me, then when they got upset, I'd explain why I did it and pointed out examples of when they had used me, and they left me alone after that.

i don't have this problem, because i don't trust people. you never know what their intentions are. having no friends is the way to go!
