Im a teen who masturbates. The problem is that around upper half of my penis (excluding head) kinda swelled like a buldge on the sides (a gradual kind of one) Im thinking because those are the parts that feels the senses and masturbating caused the "swelling" Is this normal? and will it go away if i stop masturbating? (btw these swellings don't go away really fast, they are kinda permanent but i don't know because i masturbate alot)

It could be the way your penis normally looks, but if you have any doubt at all, you should see a doctor.

try putting some of that icy-hot stuff on it. i had a similar problem with swelling near the knob on the shaft. icy-hot will bring down that swelling.
