Suddenly I found this problem that I explained before It was very strange to me So I changed the key board and also the mouse which don't point but i found the same problem So what you sugess to repair that mistake with my best regards Dr wagih

Since you've stated you've tried another mouse & keyboard..... it certainly sounds like your PS\2 ports are indeed bad.

The only other logical alternative (other than replacing the ENTIRE motherboard) is to use a USB Keyboard & Mouse.

Hi,
if u have any error in the Port's that should be shown in the first screen that is Cofiguration screen..

if can't find any error in the configuration screen u may installed the keyboard, Mouse setup,

if u find the error u check the pin and the mother board connection to that.

If you plug in or remove a PS/2 device while the computer is running there is a chance that you can blow the fuse that the port has, rendering the port useless. I have no idea if it is economically (or physically) possible to replace this fuse.
