Try to make sure your mouth is closed when chewing. The more you breath through your mouth the more dry your lips get. There isn't much that truly works for freckles. You should try to contact a dermatologist.

For the lips, the obvious answer would be to use lip balm or gloss after you eat.
For the freckles, limit your sun exposure to keep them from getting worse. Some will fade and the rest you'll have to live with. You can tone them down with make-up but freckles aren't bad, so don't think you NEED to hide them.

y would u want to get rid of freckles? i don't think there's much u can do to get rid of freckles. maybe the laser surgery they use to remove tattoos, if you are white (black people can't get that surgery). other than that i'm not sure u can remove freckles.
as far as the dry lips, i use burt's bees beeswax lip balm. right now one of the most popular lip care brands is carmex. i'm telling you right now carmex is horrible compared to burt's bees. burt's has a much better taste and you don't have to use as much. carmex has a nasty taste when it gets in your mouth. chapstick is cool, but not better than burt's bees.
