Ok. That's pretty much girl-code for she wants a letter describing all the reasons why you love her. Serioiusly. Write her a special love note about how wonderful she is and how THANKFUL you are to have her. Then get a picture frame (or make one) and a picture of you two together. Also do something cheesy, like fill her room with balloons and flowers. Say you couldn't resist!

Last year, I was dating a guy that made me the cutest, lovliest thing for Valentine's Day last year. He bought a bag of balloons and green straws. He took out six red balloons and six pink balloons. Then he wrote tiny notes that pertained to some of our inside jokes always ending with "I love you." The most memorable one was "for forever - I love you."
With the notes inside the balloons, he blew them up, taped them to the green straws and made a bouquet. It was so much fun popping the balloons and reading what he wrote and I saved and treasure all 12 of the little notes.

Try a book with firsts in it. Celebrating you all's first kiss, date, etc. Or we always love it when the man cooks even if its not that great we love the idea that you put forth the effort. Make her a card and put one of your talents to work. Can you draw really well, sing, dance, cook, write poetry? use those talents. Even if you're not an expert at them. If not try making a cd of her favorite songs (ask friends) or your favorite songs so when she hears them she thinks of you. Make a video and put it on youtube download video editing software and edit it yourself. Make it personal. Good luck!

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

Kitchenaid and Wilton make a heart shaped pan, you could make her either a cake or a big heart shaped brownie and decorate it. When I am done typing this I will be sending this to my husband. Hint Hint for him

Write a poem and make a card wih that poem and make her dinner and put her favorite song on and eat her out til she cant take it anymore. I'm serious!

Cook for her! Find our her favorite meal and give it a shot. She'll appreciate the food, if not, at least the effort you put into it!
