Recently there has been news about states looking to toughen the laws regarding people being put to death. Child rapists, rapists, kidnappers, and accomplices to murder are now looking to be executed as well. I am not looking for answers on whether you feel there should or shouldn't be a death penalty but how do you feel about people being executed who did not actually commit murder? Do you feel execution should only be for people who physically took another life?

Yes I believe it should only be for murderers. But then again, serial rapists and child rapists deserve to be put out of their misery too.

i do no longer help the death penalty. If we can use the death penalty i think of it would be purely for the main severe and heinous crimes like serial murders the place there is not any question that the guy is to blame. Rape and baby molestation are terrible crimes yet we've the alternative of sentencing those offenders to life without parole. I merely experience very uneasy approximately capital punishment. i do no longer think we could continually sink to this point. Minorities and detrimental human beings seem to get sentenced to death extra in many circumstances. additionally, with DNA, many human beings on death row have been found to be harmless. How shameful might that be if we had carried out those human beings?

Child rapists and kidnappers deserve to be put to death.
But first, they should be locked up in the general population of a prison and the other prisoners should find out what they did! Prisoners are not known to have happy feelings about people who hurt kids.

Anyone who kidnaps or rapes a defensless, helpless, innocent child has no value on this earth and it wouldn't break my heart to see them executed. I'd be happy to help as a matter of fact.

Everyone has choices. I feel if you choose to kill-rape-or be a active party to those things you should be gone!
