Why is my car wobbly on the highway? I have to hold it tight. I took it in and they said my tires and alignment are good? does anyone know why?

Sounds Like you got a BAD 1ST OPINION ! ! Your tires may look good; but if they are not dynamically balanced properly then you'll have a wobble problem. Also bad BALL JOINTS could cause your problem. Last but not least; if you have a rear wheel drive; and your driveshaft has a constant velocity U-JOINT; you could have the problem you're describing.

yes, you probably either have a broken belt in your tire or a bent rim.People can usually remember hitting a really big pot hole or hitting a curb if it's a bent rim.If you haven't then chances are it's a broken belt.If the vibration wasn't as bad as you say it is then I would say you have a tire out of balance.
