No, they did not. However, they did show his face on an action figure. It was covered up by the packaging. I opened it up when I got home. He's just a regular looking old man. No scars. No mutilation. Nothing.
I'm not sure if this is an official representation.

That's an interesting comment. I don't remember ever seeing his face just the claw. Haven't seen the cartoons in years. I miss them and Scooby Doo. The big kid in me.

Of course not he was the claw. But I did interview with him and could see why not- not that pretty, the rating would have gone down.
