Because "drooling idiot" is the best answer libs have to any political or other question you ask them. All they know is that they hate Bush...it's what keeps them getting up in the morning. : )

There are no "experts" at guessing the IQ's of persons who have not taken normed tests.
Persons with IQ's of 91 do not earn Harvard MBA's. George Bush's SAT score was 1206, which put him in the 83rd percentile (only 16% scored higher). That's not Mensa caliber, but it's not shabby either. The SAT is not an IQ test, but SAT scores have a high (.80) correlation to IQ.

Some of the presidents whose scores were guessed include men whose IQ's were formally tested. President Kennedy had an IQ of 119; the sua dissant experts guessed 174. According to the article, this guess was based on 1) his scholarly achievements (he graduated 65th out of 110 in his high school class);
2) writings that he wrote alone (Profiles in Courage was probably
ghosted by Theodore Sorensen), etc.
Does Bill Clinton really have an IQ of 182? If there were evidence that Bill Clinton had an IQ in this range, you would have heard all about it. For comparison, Albert Einstein's adult IQ was just over 160, and Linus Pauling's was 147. The qualifying score for Mensa is about 132. The average high school grad has an IQ of 105; the average college grad, 115.
President Nixon had an IQ of 143; the experts guessed 155.
I would hope that graduate students of philosophy have a different standard of "proof" than the Bakersville News Service has. I would hope also that they can recognize a hatchet job.

Hey, Great Dane, here's a news flash: Some of the world's most diabolical criminals have had high IQ's. So before you get your undies all bunched up, you might want to carefully consider the consequences.

BTW, check this out:

147 Franklin D. Roosevelt (D)
132 Harry Truman (D)
122 Dwight D. Eisenhower (R)
174 John F. Kennedy (D)
126 Lyndon B. Johnson (D)
155 Richard M. Nixon (R)
121 Gerald Ford (R)
175 James E. Carter (D)
105 Ronald Reagan (R)
098 George HW Bush (R)
182 William J. Clinton (D)
091 George W. Bush (R)

Hmm. I guess there are exceptions to every rule. Some people with IQ's below 100 are criminals.

Kerry wasn't a United States President, Kerry didn't break the 2ND Constitution by doing a preemptive strike against another country that had done nothing to us , The 2ND Constitution reads . "WE SHALL NOT TAKE ARMS AGAINST ANOTHER COUNTRY UNLESS THEY STRIKE US FIRST". Bush stated"Oh, all those old men didn't realize what we go through today, they are laws to be broken." Those Constitution's were
put together by our framers never to be broken, Bush has broken as many as he can, because has no respect for our fore fathers.
He is a complete idiot, if you can't read ,you damn sure can't write. How do you know Kerry IQ, you are talking in riddles because you know you voted for a nothing, even though he still had to steal both elections along with Die bold.

It makes him not the President.
Do you wonder why the 'liberal media' hung a tag on Kerry that would be sure to make every Conservative, Republican, gun-toting, Bible reading, red-necked old-enough-to-voter sucker hate his guts without a second thought, and yet the rich son of a former President, who ran his bidnesses into the ground and who's brother was involved in a banking scam called Silverado gets the much more sympathetic, 'hes a good ole boy from Texas" name? Bush knows what he doing. Hes just doing it without giving a damn about the people of this country. But his friends at Halliburton and Blackwater are making money hand over fist. They, are celebrating on the backs of the rest of the county.

To be fair, it does. Kerry is worthless, he couldn't even beat Bush (who appeared to be trying his hardest to give the election to the Democrats with his foolishness). That last election for President seemed like a contest to see who could screw up worse, Kerry was the better worst man.

If you want to attack the Democrats, by all means. But you can't compare Bush to the worst of them and when he wins, say that that proves Bush is the smarter than the Democrats. Compare him to Hilary Clinton, or Bill Clinton, or for that matter Jon Stewart and watch him go down in flames.

I would say that George W Bush is very misguided rather than as thick as 2 short planks, and perhaps weak-willed also in that he continuously allows the media moguls and the hidden mandarins behind closed door to keep yanking (no pun intended !) his strings when he should be standing up to them and saying NO !!

THAT is why he became "leader".. the most malliable to the real rulers of the Nation.

Sorry to burst your bubble.

that damned liberal education will pass anybody through! To answer your question, Kerry isn't president, that's what he is. Now Clinton on the other hand...there was a brilliant man! Let's compare apples to apples shall we?

Bush never took an IQ test that has been made public proving once again that right-wing crackpots invent lies just as effortlessly as you breathe.

P.S. Bush's SAT score was in the 70th percentile, meaning he wouldn't have been accepted into Yale if his daddy, granddaddy, and great-granddaddy hadn't gone there.

Hate to point out the obvious, but Kerry is not the President of the United States of America. Yes, he is a stupid s.o.b. for losing the election and sending Bush back into office. he was smart enough to marry a billiionaire however.

Bush 91
Clinton 182
Double.....hahahahaha...double.
