depends on what bluetooth software you are using. if using blue soleil ( http://www.bluesoleil.com/download/index.asp?topic=bluesoleil_edr )which is one of the most popular just click on the orange circle in the center. this will search for your devices. when it find the device you want to transfer to click file transfer, then drag the files to the transfer list on the right, then click transfer.

Yeah if your computer is bluetooth enabled. You can easily buy a bluetooth dongle from amazon or eBay for about £5 otherwise. If your phone has a memory card slot its even easier to transfer files but you have to have a card reader for your computer that accepts the card.

as long as laptop/pc has bluetooth installed on it, you can exchange files easily between the two...
try ebay for a Bluetooth dongle
