Get your remote - that's the thing you can use to change channels with, without getting up off your ar*e - and press "1" then press "0" and finally press "4" If you don't get Channel 4 try turning the TV set on first. If that does not work, give up and come up the Golf Club with me for a pint on the old Liffey Water.

You should be able to get it through your tv guide button. If it's not between pages 101 - 105, you should be able to find it later on in the menus.
