the grand caravan is about 6" of useable rooom bigger- please keep in mind the longer wheelbase will give you a little better ride and you can usually get some nicer upgrades with the grand caravan. depending on the model- grand caravan may be able to give you considerable more room if the rear seats 60/40 slit fold down into the floor. if you go to dodge.com you can get all the specifics on the options

The difference between being able to get your groceries and a stroller in the back or not!! Plus you get the stow away seats with the Grand.

around 6-7 " longer in the cargo room also better ride due to longer wheel base,options are about the same.
