stress, blood pressures, the baby growing faster - anything could account head ache. if you already were suffering from migrane, this will increase. tylenol is safe and should help - speak to your doctor. Eat well, relax and be happy.
there is a saying in my culture that you will get nauseous if the baby has lot of hair growing :) not sure how far this is true, but it was a coincidence for me. my baby was born with lots of hair and i suffered something similar to your case!
Each pregnancy is unique. so no comparison works

It could be the big rush of hormones you are having . I don't think it's a good idea to take tylenol during the first 3 months. Ask your doc what would be better.I had headaches the whole way through my second pregnancy, some really bad, and couldn't take anything until after the 12 week mark

Your blood pressure could be up causing headaches. When I was pregnant with my first daughter I would get severe headaches and that was the first symptom of my elevated blood pressure. They ended up having to prescribe me medication to keep it down. and by the end of the pregnancy that wasn't helping so delivering slightly early was the only other option.
Oh and I use to get nosebleeds as well which is another indication but not always present.

I get headaches similar to those when I am stressed ... I would definitely talk to your doctor, since you're limited to what you can take. Usually what helps me is a dark room, cold rag, and lying down for a little while. I hope you feel better soon!

Have you given up caffeine or made drastic changes in your diet? Giving up caffeine will cause withdrawal headaches. I had them horribly! The headaches were so bad I drank caffeine again (just in lower doses). It could all be a hormonal thing, though. Good luck!!

Why, do you think these people know more than your doctor?
I doubt it.
