Bleach - Kon has some great ones, and Ichigo and Rukia's interactions yield a host of them early in the series.
Naruto - Many many many gret ones, mostly because it's a very character-driven anime, so the emotion NEEDS to be expressed.

I believe the "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" has funny reactions. It is random but hilarious. We watched it in Anmie Club at ouir school.
