No my Rotty wont let me neglect her,she is always bringing me her toys to play with her, barks when she needs a Walk to go pee .So no ,even if I wanted to she wouldn't let me .She has to be the center of attention at all times.

Absolutely not! My dogs have learned that they only get affection when they are calm. When I'm on the computer they come in and lay on the floor behind me. Because they are being calm and well behaved they get belly rubs, back scratches and petted all the time. I have four dogs and love everyone of them. They are all very healthy, physically active and pampered. So for me personally the answer is definitely no.

Lol good question. Actually, my cats seem to love the computer. It makes fun noises, has interesting virtual creatures (who obviously must live inside the fun box) for them to chase and they also enjoy typing things although I can`t decipher their language yet. And when they`re tired, the exhausted kitties enjoy sprawling on top of the nice, warm, humming box and maybe, if they have the energy, bat a lazy paw at whatever`s passing on the screen.

All of my critters have had their supper, been walked and played with, and are now sleeping happily. They are not suffering by my being online.
