3 weeks after your last period or 3 weeks after a missed period?
3 weeks after your last then really no, you need to wait until you miss your period for the most accurate results. If you are 3 weeks late then definitely take a test. If it is done right you should know.

3 weeks pregnant would mean 3 weeks since the first day of your last period, and only about 1 week since you ovulated. It's still a bit early to tell, though some of the earliest pregnancy tests may be sensitive enought to pick up the hcg at about 3 1/2 weeks. But they're really expensive, so its best to wait until after you've actually missed your period and go with the cheaper test.

Pregnancy tests that claim early capability say they can tell 5 days before your expected period...but the chances of a false negative are higher....
The reading material usually says that like 5 days before it's only 68% accurate...it gets higher as you get closer to your period and is like 98% accurate the day after you miss your period....I'd just wait.

I think there is an EPT test that advertises to be able to tell weeks before other tests. I would go to your doctor or planned parenthood for a blood test because those are the most reliable.

Depending on your body. Go to the Internet and look up early stages of pregnancy and educate yourself on the signs and symptoms because they are all different. I could tell when I conceived twice so it really is how well you know your body also. See a doctor if you are pregnant. need help... email me..
