My son is 7 months, he takes four 6oz bottles of formula a day as well as cereal for breakfast, half a jar of fruit for lunch and half a jar of veg or meat for dinner? Is this too much or not enough?

You just give him what he can handle. If he is spitting up a lot, than pull back. and if he fusses for more food, than give it to him. that isn't too much at all, so those are pretty good servings you are giving him. because if you think about it, that is why they want milk so much because it's liquid, it's not solids to keep them full, so that is good... I was giving her about the same, but I she was getting a full 8 oz bottle by that time.

That sounds like what my son was eating at about 7 months old.
