Can You transfer from a UC to another UC?

I'm attending UCSD and i was just wondering if you can tranfer from a UC to another UC, probably to UCLA.

Yes you can. Inter UC to UC transfers are notoriously difficult. They consider you to have already taken up a UC spot. Would rather save room for transfers from a JC unless you blow them away.
