hi i am a 17 yearold girl in iran. and i havenot been in america but i know that they are really nice and kind people. they think well and have a high culture.iranian people have nice memories of americans because maybe 25 years ago iran and america were freinds. you know my mother says when she was a kid she had a lot of italian american freinds and she tells they really like eachother. anyway now because of the political issues we dont have such a relation between two countries. actually i want to study medicine and then go to america to study other subjects like physics because i love physics. but my family and especially my father all the time says me if i go to america i will feel alone he says they dont like iranians because of the doings of our government! any way my causin is going to america to get phd in electronic next month . but i am a girl and we have some relatives in germany and my father says i can go there but i prefer america. so tell me will they not like me there?

Well, I like Iranians. I do not care much for politicians from any country. Normal citizens are quite alright. Good luck in your studies

The ignorant ones probably don't. But like in every country, there are nice people and we know that its not the person that they may not like, but the government. I can't say that I like them, because I never met on, but I can't say that I don't. And even if I did meet a bad Iranian, it doesn't mean that you are all the same and the same goes to all the people around the world.

Americans do not like the way the Iran government is threatening us all the time. It has nothing to do with the citizens. You are not responsible for the things your government does. If you want to come to America, come ahead!

For me to like or not like someone, it would not matter where they are from or what they look like. I have known some people from all over the world, and its rare that I find someone I dont like.
