What level do you have to be in World of Warcraft to learn Profession Skills from 300-375 and is Outlands the only place to learn the skills?

Always check auction house for any training materials you can.
Often times the books are BOE and ppl will go to outlands, to the npc, wherever and get sell them for a very small profit.
Big Time Saver!
You do need to be 55+ for that, and it is only appropriate anyways because the level of reagents you will be using, and the level of effects produced match that level of gameplay.

according to wowhead.com, you have to be lvl 55 to start training past 300 in professions. you do have to go to the outlands to learn the skills... the one exception i know of is first aid training... you can buy a book for it, therefore it should be available in the auction house.
