Thank you guys. I must comment that my intention is not to call anyone 'monkey'. I think the correct question would be "What is a monkey cooworker?".

Never to their face.

Preferably, you do it in private, where nobody else can hear, after said co-worker has done something monumentally stupid which took you half of your day to fix.

Then you remember that said co-worker does do some things right, and hope that the mistake will not be repeated. And don't forget, some times you'll be the monkey co-worker.

Only when working with a primate of that species.
Anything else would be very rude, and only serve to make the speaker look ignorant.
