It's up to you, some do, some don't. If it's a really good tenant with good refs, offering a decent rent, then get the fridge freezer. After all, the price is going to be only a few weeks rent, and if the alternative is an empty property....

A fridge is reasonable standard but I'm not sure a fridge freezer is necessary. You don't have to provide anything like that though it may affect the amount of rent you can charge. If you do provide those things you are under an obligation to repair or replace them if they go wrong.

It's neither normal or abnormal. You are not required to provide a refrigerator or freezer or anything that is personal property. "Unfurnished" means exactly what it says. You have to only provide a furnance or some type of adequate heating system.

I used to rent out my property and we were not obliged to provide a fridge/freezer. It was done through an agency and they did not say it had to be provided and we didnt provide one. It may be the individual agency or landlords policy though.

Whatever appliances you choose to put in the apartment you will be required to pay for repairs on. If you rent the apartment with a fridge and it breaks down you are responsible to replace or repair it but I am not aware of any state that requires apartments to come with either a stove or fridge.

I would think fridge freezer comes as standard as you have included the two items above but surely you are classing it as part furnished

If i became in simple terms staying about a minutes and did no longer have lots furniture, then of course i might like it supplied. If i became renting for say greater suitable than 6 months, then irregardless of whether I even have my own furniture or no longer, I choose supplied. The furnitures type of play a place on the temper of the situation, so i might like them executed to flavor.
