i think thatd fine- but would your partner see it like that. Also, if its strictly platonic, then why are you even asking- seems like you feel guilty? Do you really need approval from a bunch of randoms? You need to question your own motives.

I kissed my best friend on the lips when I was five (opposite sex) now fifty-five years two wives six children and soon to be six grand children later we still kiss on the lips.
Like you she was always there to talk to; I knew all about her boyfriends and she knew about my girlfriends.
Verbally we were very intimate, and we were always there to comfort each other; but and that is a big but, we knew being together wouldn't work.
I think she knows more about me than both my wives put together, and I know more about her than all three of her husbands.
We are both single now, but our friendship has not changed. we are still there for each other; so if you and your friend are that close hang on to them even if the kisses affect others.
Really good friends are hard to come by male or female, always keep them close.

If you would kiss in front of your partner, then it is okay. If you are not comfortable doing it while your fiance' is around, then you already know it is wrong. If this is really your best friend, then they will understand that kissing is not acceptable to respect your fiance'.

No it isn't. That's where it all starts... a little kiss... to a little touch ... then a little sex... then heartache. It's not cheating, however I would take it to the grave. Some men/women take that seriously. Just don't do it EVER AGAIN. Promise me.

I don't think I would like it if my bf did this to me but it all depends on how your bf sees your relationship with your friend. If he is usually jealous about your friend then I don't think it would be right to do it again. I'm sure you both know how much you mean to one another without having to kiss one another to prove it.

i think it is absolutely acceptable and understandable. but for myself, if i had a wife, i would not tolerate it if she kiss another man or even hug another man or even shake another mans hand
