And you won't find it anywhere. Blue book and the rest don't even try to figure the worth of cars beyond their useful life of 10 years. You're talking about a 30 year old vehicle here.
Since it essentially has no value, they will search for that vehicle for sale (and probably find nothing) and come up with an average of what they are selling for.
If they offer anything above $500, you should jump on it. They may offer far less of course, but in any case, unless you can point to something that establishes it's worth more than their offer, you don't have much choice in the matter.

A 1987 Cutlass Supreme Brogham is only worth about $475. It does not look good for you.

can you find a barnes and noble store
they sell the blue books there.
I would tell the insurance company that your car is a classic (definite increase in value from the blue book)

ummmm...yeah is just bluebookkelly.com or something like that....btw if its a 1977 anything besides a classic car it will be a total lose...lol the bluebook is probably like $500 or something ridiculous like that.
