I don't think so. A lot of people are nervous about speaking in front of crowds or in public. The teacher/professor should step in should people start being rude or making fun of you. When you are giving a speech or a presentation, all eyes should be on you, and everyone but you should be quiet.

No, well i don't. I sometimes get nervous when it comes to presenting my work in front of the class but just take a few deep breaths before the teacher calls you out and don't worry about the person that was in front of u, u don't have 2 live up to that u wont get made fun of for that.

just go on up there and tell the class at the beginning that you are nervous so that you don't have to do the whole presentation trying not to seem nervous. It helps you take the pressure off and calm down a bit. you could also practice giving your presentation for your parents or teacher or a friend before class to help get you used to it.

I have heard that there are two things you can do while making a presentation. One is to look just slightly above the heads of people in the back of the room or auditorium and move your head back and forth as you deliver your speech. That way, everyone will think you are looking at them when in reality you are looking at the wall. The second hint is to imagine your audience either totally naked or dressed just in their underwear. They will spend their time wondering at what YOU are smiling.

I even are transforming into frightened once I even have executed shows. although with prepare comes perfection. And getting frightened is general, yet being uncertain or insecure worsens that. one thank you to keep away from getting frightened is via respiration many times, inhale deeply to start and merely parent which you're there for the presentation, no longer the individuals. i does no longer chortle at someones anxiousness, that purely worsens their concepts-set and elongates the region because of the fact they could get jumpy or jittery. whilst it comprises a deep voice, anxiousness cuts down the emphasis of the tonality, so it comes out uneven and raspy and consistent with probability somewhat under the climate, foremost others to have self assurance there are nerves at play.

no. it's one of the most common things in the world to be nervous. even people who seem confident develop nervous tics et when doing presentations in public. watch other people do it, you'll see them constantly licking their lips, or rubbing their hands. the best way to deal with this is when talking make sure you make eye contact with everyone, or as many people as possible, during your presentation, also keep moving, just a steop or two to one side then back again, this keeps everyone's attention and they'll take in what you are talking about.

No because everyone is nervous up there doing presentations. No one is thinking about how lame you are or even really paying attention to you. They're all thinking about their own presentations & how nervous they are. Don't worry about it. The more you do the more nervous you'll be.

I think a great many people do. Your friends - your true friends - aren't going to make fun of you or stop being your friends becuase of that. Some class jerk might, but they usually get shut down by the teacher.

Lots of times, your nervousness doesn't even show, except to you.

if they laugh dont worry about it they are just as nervous as you and just dont want to admit it. more people have a phobia of public speaking than a fear of death. so more people would rather be in the coffin than giving th eulogy! dont worry just practice your presentation and breath Good luck have fun with it

You get made fun of because of lack of confidence. It doesn't stop with presentation, Put some fire in your belly and get excited about what you are presenting,
