Martin for sure. He has stepped up his game this year to fill the scoring void left by Peja. Artest is the best lock down defender in the NBA today. However, people expect this from Artest, where as Martin has come literally out of no where. Both men are deserving of a Western Conference All-Star team roster spot, unfortuantely everyone who should be on the team, doesn't always make it. So my vote goes to Martin, by the slimmest of margins.

Ron Artest. He scores about 3 per game less than Martin but he averages 2 more rebounds and he's probably a better defender. Besides, he can get things started to spark his team if he needs to. It might cost him a few games but he can afford it.

Artest, he leads the team in rebounding, stealing, and blocks, is 3rd in assists, 2nd in points... this guy does it all. he doesn't deserve it, though, and no kings will make it, but if any did, it would be Artest.
