Okay, the girl who said halter top has never lived anywhere where it drops below zero in Feb! Brrrrrr! That is a great look, but she will freeze!
You don't need to show skin, just shape. Get a fitted sweater (deep v in front ) and well fitting jeans and boots w/ heels and you will be hot as well as warm. Cashmere is always nice, thin and yet really warm. Since it's overheated indoors in this weather, you could also wear a cardi over another v necked top.
It's all about the layering. But as long as you wear fitted items, you will still look good.

Some cute jeans or capris, boots, a nice shirt & maybe a jean jacket! Try & stay warm but be cute at the same time! I hope this helps! Good Luck :)

A nice but sexy sweater in a color that compliments you.Jeans are fine and pair them up with some boots..either knee or ankle high.Top that with a leather jacket and a scarf.Don't forget to wear some jewelry!!! You want to look chic not cheap!

I wear Jeans and a pair of closed toe stilettos... Or boots... I also wear a cute shirt and wear a jacket... Bebe has some really cute tunic tops!! Hope this helps!! =)

You could wear some cute jeans w/a halter and a jacket and some heels and super cute boots and if you get hot take your jacket off!!!

usuallly skinny jeans...tucked into high boots or with pumps...paired w/a classy sweater or embellished tank w/a jacket (usually velvet)...

jeans w/heels or nice boots and a sweater (vneck, not too heavy) - simple but sexy! wearing 'summer' clothing just invites problems makes you look trashy and it's like wtf it's -15 out!!! but whatever floats your boat! all about 'tude.
