You have a supervisor that is nice most of the time but when it comes to making mistakes, she can not admit that it was her fault. She gives this instructions verbally at work but now denies that it wasn't her instructions because it turned out that it was wrong. So, my boss looks at us making mistakes all the time while it was instructed by the supervisor. How will you deal with this issue? Also, you were so angry at her because you were defending yourself that this was her instructions and we only follow what she told us. In turn, she thinks you were being disrespectful for talking back to her.

That can be so frustrating, been in that situation before myself. I don't know if there is a correct way to handle these situations, it seems like your damned if you do and damned if you don't. . More than likely you will end up fired if you keep voicing your issues to the supervisor, because she is never going to admit her faults, so it seems. The other alternative is to look for a new job, and let this place have each other. You sound like how I felt at my old job, really concerned about doing a good job correctly, which apparently doesn't amount to any thing anymore in the working world, because these type supervisors are still supervising.
