You can't tell if you really ovulated until you have a sustained temperature shift. All the resources I use always say when in doubt, assume you are fertile and keep having intercourse until you experience a clear and sustained thermal shift. Since your cervical fluid doesn't seem to indicate ovulation, you may be still gearing up for it or this just might be an anovulatory cycle. Late ovulation or no ovulation can be caused by a number of things like illness, bad sleep, travel, etc. Unfortunately you just have to keep watching your temps and your fluids and just wait and see.

(Seems like there's an awful lot of just waiting and seeing when you're trying to conceive. I know it's driving me nuts!)

If you haven't already, check out the website www.fertilityfriend.com - it's an awesome resource.

You may have a long or short luteal phase . A temp spike is usually a indication of ovulation and the egg white discharge is not always as egg white on your panties as it is on your cervix, where you are supposed to be collecting it from.
My suggestion is to by the cheap ovulation urine strips and check that way too. It will give you a better idea of when it is happening.

Also once in a while a woman skips an ovulatory cycle without any clear reason why and it is not something to be concerned about . Consistantly not ovulating is an issue and you should see your doctor .

You might have and not had the discharge. Take an ovulation test and see.

You already ovulated!! You don't always have to have the egg white mucus, sometimes it can be watery as well.

every one is different. from month to month your cycle may change. If you see this is a pattern every month, then check with your doctor.
