This is the most broad question I have ever seen. Do you mean what is the best program of all time? Or did you just wanna see how many people come in here and state their favorite teams?
If its a favorite thing: Florida State University
All time: too hard to determine, but id say it is between USC, Notre Dame, Miami, Alabama, or Michigan
with USC and Alabama being at the top of my list......i believe they have the most national titles
EDIT: reply to below........you cannot measure a programs success simply on numbers of wins or winning percentages because they do not play everyone nationwide every year.....if all those wins say they are the best, then why are there teams with more national titles then them? (they have a lot too, im just arguing that you can't base it only on that)

ok there is no point to putting "In the world" at the end of your question because football is only big in America. I would say the best college team in america is probably at South Dakota State.
