I used to counsel women on various birth control methods. The answer is yes, although it's rare. When used properly, The Pill is over 99% effective. Some women are very sensitive and must take The Pill at the same time every day, while others can miss 2 or 3 pills a month and still not get pregnant. Certain antibiotics can reduce the efficacy of The Pill, even if the woman takes The Pill everyday.

I have heard of lots of people getting pregnant on the pill. The pill is not 100% effective so there is always a slight chance.

Even under labratory conditions the pill is only 99.9% effective. Which means that out of 1000 women using the pill as their only method of birth control for a year 1 will get pregnant.
In real life the stat is 2-8/100 women per year.

Its a very small chance. If pills are used consistently and correctly, just 3 in 1,000 women will become pregnant. The pill is 99% effective.

I would say there is a possibility. However the best thing that prevents pregnancy...works as a duo...called pants and underwear. But seriously, there's a chance that maybe a pill was forgotten or took it later than normal...lot of things can happen that could result in pregnancy even if she's on the pill especially if sex happened without condoms.

Yes there is always a chance with just about every sort of birth control. It is slim, but it can still happen. Wear a condom and use the pill and that will really slim down the chances.

Absolutely ! Abstinance is the only 100% effective form of birth control. The pill is 98 % effective ( varies with type of pill) . You may be the lucky 2% !

its possible if you miss your pill alot or dont take it at the same time everday. But there is a very slim chance if you take the pill everyday at the same time without missing any.

It is a very slim chance, something like .1%. I would be careful though because I conceived my first child while taking the pill.
